1. Customer Satisfaction and Commitment

At Loopy Wear, customer satisfaction is a priority. Every garment is carefully selected and undergoes quality control checks before shipment to ensure that each product meets our standards of design, quality, and presentation.

Our administrative operations and customer support are centrally coordinated, while returns are processed through our authorized international logistics center specialized in returns and exchanges.


2. Exchanges and Returns

2.1. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, our team will review your case as a priority and provide an appropriate solution.

You may contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order so we can assess the issue and assist you as quickly as possible.

Depending on the circumstances, we may offer:

  • Product replacement at no additional cost
  • An alternative solution
  • A refund, only if an appropriate solution cannot be provided

Important: Minor variations in color, texture, or appearance resulting from lighting conditions, screen settings, or the natural characteristics of fabrics are not considered defects, as they are a normal part of online product presentation.

Small loose threads, temporary marks resulting from transportation, wrinkles caused by packaging, slight variations in stitching that do not affect the normal use of the garment, as well as any minor characteristic inherent to the textile manufacturing process, shall not be considered manufacturing defects when they can be easily corrected without affecting the functionality, durability, quality, or overall appearance of the product.

In cases where the issue can be resolved through a simple correction, such as trimming an excess thread, ironing wrinkles caused by transportation, or making similar minor adjustments, the garment shall be deemed compliant with manufacturing specifications.

The final determination as to whether an issue constitutes a manufacturing defect will be made by our quality control team after reviewing the information and photographs provided by the customer. The assessment will be carried out in accordance with standard textile industry practices and the specific characteristics of the purchased product.


2.2. Size Exchanges

If you wish to exchange the size after receiving your product, we offer size exchanges subject to stock availability.

To process the exchange, the customer must send the product to our authorized returns center following the procedure provided by our team.

Once the product has been received and inspected, we will ship the same item in the requested size at no additional cost.

Conditions:

  • The product must remain in its original condition, unused, and with all components and packaging included
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability

We also offer a faster and more convenient alternative:

You may purchase the same product in your preferred size through a preferential solution offered by our customer service team, allowing you to keep the originally received item while receiving the new size quickly and conveniently.

Our team will provide personalized instructions to access this option.


2.3. Returns Due to Dissatisfaction or Withdrawal

We want you to shop with confidence. If a product does not meet your expectations, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Before initiating a return, our team may offer faster and more convenient alternative solutions to resolve the situation immediately.

International returns require a specific logistics and verification process. Our team will provide the necessary instructions to ensure the request is handled correctly.

To maintain our quality standards and continue offering competitive promotions and shipping conditions, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

In addition, for returns based on dissatisfaction or the exercise of the right of withdrawal, a fixed deduction may be applied to partially cover logistics, operational, and international processing costs associated with the return. The current deduction is EUR 10.

This deduction does not apply to defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped products.

Conditions for accepting a return:

  • The product must remain in its original condition, including all components and original packaging
  • The product must not show signs of misuse, excessive wear, or damage
  • Products requiring specific hygiene conditions must be returned completely clean
  • Any issue should be reported as soon as possible after delivery

The return shipment must be sent within 14 days of receiving the product. Returns shipped after this period may be refused.

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions in order to protect the quality of our service and the shopping experience of all our customers.

Requests are generally processed within up to 7 business days from the receipt and inspection of the returned product.


3. Return Request Process

To ensure your request is processed correctly, please follow these steps:

- Include the following information:

  • Order number
  • Reason for the return or exchange
  • Photograph of the product (if applicable)
  • Full name
  • Complete address

Our team will provide the appropriate authorized return address for processing your return.

Important: Do not send products to the original sender's address. Returns can only be processed if sent to the authorized address provided by our team.

Once your request has been approved:

  • You will have 7 calendar days to ship the return
  • You may choose the courier service of your preference
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping the tracking number until the process is completed
  • We recommend including a copy of your order confirmation inside the package

Returns sent without prior authorization or to unauthorized addresses will not be accepted.


4. Cancellations and Right of Withdrawal

4.1. Timeframe

You may request the cancellation of your order within 14 days of receiving it by notifying us via email.

4.2. Important Information

We operate with an automated logistics system that allows orders to be processed and prepared within short timeframes.

For this reason, once an order has been shipped, direct cancellation may no longer be possible. In such cases, the customer may exercise their right of withdrawal by following the return procedure after receiving the product.


5. Consequences of Cancellation

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, the corresponding refund will be processed within a maximum period of 14 days using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

For returns based on withdrawal or dissatisfaction, the fixed deduction described in section 2.3 may be applied.


6. Refunds in Exceptional Cases

6.1. Incorrect Address or Phone Number

If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect information provided by the customer, a partial refund may be issued due to logistics and operational costs already incurred.

6.2. Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

If the recipient refuses delivery or the shipment cannot be completed due to repeated absence of the customer, a partial refund may be issued due to the logistics costs generated.

6.3. Transportation Incidents

If an issue occurs that is attributable to the shipping carrier, our team will coordinate an appropriate solution to ensure successful delivery of the order.


7. Policy on Misuse and Abuse Prevention

Loopy Wear reserves the right to reject returns, exchanges, or refund requests in cases of fraudulent activity, abuse of company policies, irregular behavior, or excessive return patterns.


8. Final Information

  • All returns are processed through our authorized international logistics center (Asia)
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Only returns that follow the procedure provided by our team will be accepted
  • By placing an order in our store, the customer accepts the purchase and return conditions available on this page
